At Droll Pics, safety comes first. We have a zero tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any behavior that endangers minors. Our app is strictly for adults (18+) and is designed as a creative platform for storytelling, selfies, and humor — never for exploitation.

🚫 Zero Tolerance for CSAM

We forbid:

• Uploading or sharing CSAM, including real or fictional depictions of minors.
• Sexualization of children in any form.
• Contact with minors for grooming, exploitation, or manipulation.
• Accounts pretending to be minors or soliciting content from underage users.

Such actions are criminal offenses. Any violation will result in immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement and organizations like NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

🔍 Moderation and Reporting

Droll Pics combines community tools with staff moderation:

• Flag Post 🚩 → Users can mark suspicious content, automatically blurring it as “Dangerous Content.”
• Report Post/User → A direct and anonymous way to alert our staff. Every report is manually reviewed, and offending content is removed if confirmed.

We do not use automatic scans at this time, but every withdrawal request is checked, and suspicious accounts are reviewed.

🧒 Underage Users

Droll Pics is not for anyone under 18. If a minor is detected:

• The account is suspended and deleted.
• No data is kept.
• Parents/guardians can contact us to request removal of accounts or related content.

This complies with COPPA, GDPR-K, and other international child protection laws.
