Welcome to Droll Pics, operated by ShadesofRomeo.LTD (“we,” “our,” “us”). Droll Pics is a social media app that allows users to post selfies, create stories with 2 or 3 photos, earn credits, and withdraw money.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, your rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR, and how we keep your data secure.

By creating an account and using Droll Pics, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

  • Optional profile photo (must respect community rules).

User-Generated Content

  • Photos, comments, likes, reports, and flags you post or interact with.
  • Gift credits or credit transfers made inside the app.

Payment Information

  • Bank or PayPal details are required only at the moment of withdrawal.
  • We do not store your payment information.

Technical & Usage Data

  • Device information: model, OS, app version.
  • IP address and country.
  • Analytics: app usage, crash logs, performance data.

Sensitive Content

  • We do not collect or allow any CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).
  • We do not knowingly process data from users under 18.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Moderate content (flag & report systems).
  • Detect and prevent fraud, scams, and policy violations.

8. Child Protection & CSAM Policy

Droll Pics is strictly for 18+ users.

  • Any attempt to upload or share CSAM leads to immediate removal, account termination, and reporting to law enforcement and NCMEC.
  • We monitor flagged and reported posts for dangerous content.
  • Underage accounts are suspended and deleted.
  • Parents may request account removal by emailing contact@drollpics.com.

9. Content Moderation & Reports

  • Flag Post 🚩: Users can blur and mark sensitive photos. If 3 users flag a post, the first image is automatically blurred.
  • Report Post/User: Direct and anonymous reporting. Our staff manually reviews all reported content.
  • Withdraw Checks: Before processing payments, we review posts for copyright and originality.

10. Copyright & AI Photos

  • Only original photos can generate credits in 3-photo posts.
  • Before/After posts (2 photos) can use any content (as long as it respects rules).
  • AI photos are allowed if created by you and marked as AI.
  • Copyrighted or stolen content in premium posts leads to blocked withdrawals.

11. Cookies & Analytics

On our website, we use cookies for:

  • Site functionality.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics).
  • Performance monitoring.

You can disable cookies in your browser. In the app, analytics are used only for performance and crash detection.

12. International Data Transfers
